A very nice knife.
I've been carrying my new Canis off and on for quite a few days now. It's very light weight and the action has finally loosened up a bit. I did add a couple of drops KPL to the pivot area when I first got it and now it drops shut. I'm having the scales replaced (not a fan of the laminated carbon fiber over G10) and I've added a Lynch deep pocket clip. Cutting wise, it arrived pretty sharp out of the box but I did strop it a few times and now it's ready to shave with. Lastly, I didn't purchase this knife for it's fighting knife pedigree, although I can see how well it was designed for that. Quite well too, I might add. I purchased it to use as an EDC and to add to my collection. But, if some bad intentioned cardboard box wanted to start trouble on a sunny day, it's on! My Canis and I will quickly change it from cardboard box to cardboard panels. EKnives was a pleasure to do business with. The items shipped very fast and I got a sweet treat, as well! I've got my eye on a few other knives, so I'll definitely be back.
