The Cardiff fillet knife is a Toor Knives original design, purpose built for tackling the heaviest fish and game on your next outdoor excursion. This blade's ultra-slim profile allows for extremely controlled blade manipulation, which is critical when filleting your catch. Modeled after the smaller Toor Knives Avalon, the Cardiff was designed with a larger, reinforced Wharncliffe style blade, for heavy-duty work on large catches. Additionally, the bevel of the blade is over one inch long, providing plenty of sharpening life. The Cardiff is made to be your go to workhorse blade on any boat or dock.

The blade is finished in corrosion resistant KG Gunkote to mitigate rust and corrosion for extended outings on the water. The Cardiff is fitted with Toor Knives signature scalloped texturing on the G10 handle, adding maximum grip when the angler is working in gloves, as well as supreme water resistance. Finally, this blade comes with a Tru-Hide Kydex sheath, compatible with all of Toor's sheath mounts.
