How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points?

Log into your account, then simply click the Red EK button in the bottom left corner to get your discount code (click redeem) and paste the code in the "coupon code" box during checkout.

What if I Forgot To Apply My Discount Code During Checkout?

Sorry but we cannot apply points after the order has been placed because it runs on a software that tracks our discounts. However, not to worry because you would still be able to use them on your next order, points don't expire. If you already clicked "Redeem" just make sure you keep that coupon code safe so you can use it on your next purchase. We can always pull it back up if you misplace it.

Yes we ship to Most Countries but please email us first if you do not see. your Country listed during checkout.

How do you ship your products?

UPS or USPS insured.

Do you ship to APO or FPO?

Yes we do ship to APO addresses only. We ship USPS only for these addresses.

What are the knife carry laws

Be smart! It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state. If you are not sure then go to kniferights.org or akti.org and find out what the knife laws are in your neck of the woods. You must be 18 or older to purchase from our store.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Bank Wire Transfers, Cashier Checks and Money Orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

State law requires us to charge sales tax in the state of Tennessee. The tax rate is 9.25%

Certain states also require tax which we cannot avoid. Currently that is TX, ,CA, AZ, IL

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

If it is in stock it will ship within 24hrs! Most orders ship same day if placed before 3 PM EST. Average delivery time is 2-4 business days from date of purchase. If it says "In Stock" then we actually have it ready to ship. 

What if I receive an item that was damaged by mail?

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can contact and notify the shipping company. We will provide you with directions on how to proceed with the item return once we hear back from the shipping company. Each item purchased is shipped fully insured.
