Following the exact profile of its predecessor, the Merchant 2.0 has been updated with slimmer handles for less weight, domed hardware, and a deep carry pocket clip. This blade was originally designed as the ultimate everyday carry pocket workhorse. This version of the Merchant folder has a Tanto blade shape, which provides razor sharp straight edges, and an extremely strong tip. Every Merchant T is made entirely in the USA at Toor Knives, in San Diego, CA.
With an extra-high bevel grind that provides plenty of sharpening life, this frame lock folding knife uses premium 6al-4v titanium, precision-machined handle scales with a CPM S35VN blade. Toor custom-makes every screw and back spacer in-house at their manufacturing facility, also using 6al-4v titanium. The blade rides on phosphor bronze washers, giving it a smooth, controlled folding action, and their signature deep carry titanium pocket clips allow the knife to sit lower in the pocket for extra comfort when carrying.

Very nice knife with 1...
The knife its self is very nice, well made and very sharp. my major complaint is the pocket clip, the clip was not hardened and the steel is soft. the clip on my knife bent the first day I carried it and it was not because it got cough on anything, i was very surprised to see that it bent and I was able to bend it back with out much effort as like I said the steel it is made from was not hardened. I did call them to see about a replacement and the lady on the phone abasically told me the clips on these knives are not made of hardened steel. I did buy a replacement just incase for $25 bucks, so i no longer carry the knife and it sits in my truck as a backup. if it was not for the clip I would have gave it 5 stars.

Great...
I had my toor knife for several months now and use it for everything. It is light, well balanced, and retains its edge. At this price point you get a solid working knife that has a clean look and is an overall solid performer regardless of what type of task you are doing. Highly recommend, you add it to your collection.
