The Emerson Mini Commander Knife For Sale

The Emerson Knives Mini Commander is a scaled down (more pocket friendly) version of the best selling Emerson Commander knife that features a deep belly recurve blade that cannot be mistaken for any other knife on the market. Ernest Emerson is known for tactical hard use knives and the Commander series is just that.

The original Commander (8.75" overall) is a large hard use folder that is used by a variety of individuals. The Mini Commander (8" overall) fits the mold of those who like a little smaller yet combat ready knife with the same blade thickness (.125").

Blade

The Mini Commander blade has a very distinguished look and measures 3.4" long and is made from 154-CM stainless steel, a staple of all Emerson Knives. The Clip point style blade comes in stonewash (SF) and black tactical (BT) finish with a plain and partially serrated blade edge option.

The Mini commander blade is .125" thick and extremely durable and corrosion resistant. Etched in the blade are the Emerson knives logo, MComm, Wave patent number, date stamp and serial number. A thumb radial disc is also attached to the top of the blade for one handed deployment.

Those that prefer the WAVE shaped feature will enjoy the Mini Commander, equipped with the WAVE tab allows for the fastest one handed deployment on the market. While automatics require a 2 step process (pull out of pocket and fire button) WAVE only requires pulling out of the pocket, allowing for the blade to be ready for use immediately. Handle

The Emerson Commander comes with the popular G-10 laminate glass combination for excellent durability and grip performance. On the inside of the handle lies titanium liners for rock solid blade lockup.

The Mini Commander knife can be carried via a black right hand tip up carry pocket clip that allows the knife to ride deep in the pocket. All of Emerson Knives equipped with Wave have tip up carry only.

The Mini Commander weighs just 3.8 ounces making it a lightweight yet extremely durable EDC knife for everyday or tactical use.

Emerson Knives have patented their remote pocket opener called "Wave" and it utilizes a tab on the blade that grab the inside of the pocket when pulled out.
