The Chaves Knives Ultramar 229 Sangre Folding Knife – Black G10/Titanium 3.75" Belt Satin is a full-size, high-performance EDC blade built for power, precision, and unmistakable Chaves styling. Designed by Ramon Chaves, the 229 Sangre is known for its aggressive lines, robust construction, and premium materials.

At the core is a 3.75-inch belt satin blade, offering a clean, refined finish that enhances both cutting performance and visual appeal. The larger blade size provides excellent reach and cutting power, making it ideal for heavy-duty tasks, slicing, and everyday utility.

The handle features a hybrid construction of black G10 and titanium, delivering the perfect balance of strength, weight reduction, and grip. The G10 scale ensures a secure, textured hold, while the titanium frame adds durability and structural integrity.

I love this knife! It’s a Chaves so if you know you know! Super smooth, razor sharp of course. Very well built and just a great design! EKnives also had it for a great price and shipped it very fast even in the holiday season. Thank you EKnives!!

With chaves and reate you just can’t go wrong I am one of the many that owns a few old custom chaves and yes they have the hype and are master pieces. But when we talk about action and finish even they are production knives they are immaculate I have all the Ultramar versions and you can’t go wrong with any.
