This is a Marfione Custom Anax owned by Derrick Allen, Tony's Tattoo Artist and his name is stamped on the back of the blade.
The box is signed to Derrick as well. There is no pouch, just the knife and box only. Knife is a little gritty, just needs to be cleaned but otherwise great action and lockup.
