The QSE-7 "Spicoli" is QTRMSTR's newest 'minimalist' design. We had a very specific goal in mind for fewer parts and truly simple construction with the Spicoli design. The blade thickness is a great feature at 1/5" but we kept the weight down by using full Ti Handles & an open-handle design. We deleted any trace of thumb stud, thumb hole, or nail knick and opted for a smoother look and a flipper/finger guard instead. The framelock is further stabilized by a steel insert that is both the lock surface and the over-travel stop. Many QTRMSTR insiders claim that the build quality of "Spicoli" will become the new standard in USA manufacturing. In any case, we're all sure that QSE-7 "Spicoli" will quickly earn its place among the top new knives of 2015. Specs
